The Fitness and Wellbeing Crew is all about getting moving and having a good time within a supported group environment! Each week we dive into a different activity or sport so staying active never gets boring. From new adventures to our all-time favourites, every session brings something fresh. We keep the good vibes going with a big focus on healthy choices throughout the day
Fitness activities have included: Basketball | Gyms | Driving range | Golf | Martial Arts | Zumba | Trampolining | Detectives Trails | Swimming | Cricket | Yoga
Program runs from 9-4 pm.
Where possible we offer collection from home.
